RELIEVE’s primary herb, Bupleurum, is known for its ability to soothe irritability and distress. This traditional formula is widely used to help release stuck emotions of sadness and anger that may be stored in the tissues and organs of the body. Additionally, Bupleurum has carminative properties which means it helps relieve intestinal gas, bloating, and pain that accompany your period. The other ingredients in the formula are synergists and help enhance the emotionally and digestively soothing nature of RELIEVE, helping decrease PMS symptoms.
Ingredients:
Bupleurum (chai hu): regulates moodiness and irritability, carminative properties which help distention and bloating
Angelica (dang gui): used for gynecological complaints, helps regulate menstruation, helpful in amenorrhea and dysmenorrhea
White peony (bai shao): tonifies blood, regulates the menstrual cycle
Atractylodis macro (bai zhu): helps digestive upset and bloating
Poria (fu ling): type of mushroom that helps digestion and calms the mind
Licorice root (zhi gan cao): harmonizes and balances the formula
Mint (bo he): decreases inflammation, alleviates irritability, helps digestion
Ginger (sheng jiang): warming nature, aids in digestion
Capsule: gelatin, cellulose, non-GMO corn starch
Dosage: 3 pills 3x a day with food. One bottle, taken as instructed, lasts 11 days.
Want your bottle to last longer? If your body is more sensitive, you can start with 2 pills 3 times a day. If you’re getting the desired results from that dose, stay there! Taken at this dose you would need 1.5 bottles to get through the month.
If you experience loose stools, start with a lower dose (1 pill 2x a day) and ease your way up. If you experience any adverse side effects, stop the formula immediately and consult your physician.
